Zobo/Sorrel Leaves

Zobo also known as Hibiscus is a natural plant flower used to make amazing zobo or sorrel drinks. It is rich in vitamin C minerals. It helps in the treatment of hypertension and anxiety.

How to make; add a cup of zobo to 3-litters of water, add one tea spoon of cloves, one cup of sugar or as desired, honey or dates syrup can also be used in place of sugar, you can add fresh pineapple or other fresh fruits or powder flavors. Bring to boil for 15 to 20 minutes, sieve out, add cold water to reduce concentration, serve and enjoy. Zobo can also be taken daily as tea.
